Terms and Conditions
  1. General
    1. Your access to and use of the Site, including your order of Products through the Site, is subject to these terms and conditions.
  2. Registration & Privacy Policy
    1. You must complete the customer registration process through the Site before placing an Order for Products through the Site. Any personal information that you give us will be held and used by us in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
  3. Placing an Order for Products
    1. All orders need to be placed by Tuesdays 10 pm at the latest each week. Any orders placed after Tuesday will be delivered the following week.
    2. You may order Products by selecting and submitting your Order through the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    3. We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any Orders placed through the Site.
    4. You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the Site.
  4. Acceptance or Rejection of an Order.
    1. We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason, including if the requested Product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site or an error in your Order.
    2. If we reject an Order placed through the Site, then we will endeavor to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the Order or within a reasonable time after you submit your Order.
  5. Restricted Products
    1. Minimum and maximum amounts in each Order. The minimum purchase amount for each Grocery Order is $20.00 excluding the Delivery fee.
    2. You are not permitted to purchase any items for resale to a third party or for trade purposes without our authorization. If we have a concern with the quantity of item/s you have ordered, then we will contact you when you place the Order or as soon as possible after you place your Order.
  6. Delivery of Products
    1. All Products delivered to the designated delivery address will be charged a delivery fee of $7.00. For orders placed outside of the designated delivery areas, please phone Customer Service on 0414 536928 to gain a quote for delivery charges.
    2. All orders will be delivered on Fridays between the hours of 7.00 am – 11.00 am and 3.30 pm – 6.30 pm. If these times do not suit, please phone Customer Service on 0488 574051 or 0414 536928 to make alternative arrangements.
    3. Gin Gin customers please phone Customer Service on 0488 574051 or 0414 536928 to arrange a suitable time for delivery in the town area only.
    4. We will only deliver Products ordered through the Site to a location where we provide delivery services. The locations are specified on our Site.
    5. You may obtain further information on the Site about our delivery time frames and how and where we deliver your Products by phoning Customer Service on 0488 574051 or 0414 536928. Alternatively you can email us at [email protected]
    6. We will deliver the Products to the front door of the relevant Delivery Address. If you ask us to deliver Products inside a premise or building at the Delivery Address and we agree to do so, then you are responsible for all loss or damage suffered by us in connection with our delivery of the Products beyond the front door of the Delivery Address.
  7. Payment Methods
    1. You must pay the fees and charges online using the online payment methods.
    2. As payment we accept: PayPal and Credit Card Payments made by eWAY.
    3. Credit Card payments are processed through the eWAY payment gateway. Bundy Online Fruit & Vege do not receive or record your credit card details.
  8. Substitution or Missing Items in Delivery
    1. You acknowledge that a Product that you have ordered may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable. If this happens, then we will not be able to provide you with that Product.
    2. When the Product you have selected is not available; or if we are not able to supply to you the Product you have selected, we will refund your money back on delivery of your Products.
  9. Refund Policy
    1. If a Product that you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, you money will be refunded in cash when your Products are delivered.
    2. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and offer a 100% money back guarantee on any product if you are not entirely satisfied. If you are not entirely satisfied with any product we will either refund you cash on your next delivery or credit the amount into your bank account.
